- Do you sell to individuals and small businesses, or only in volume?
- Both. Boxes are sold by the case, and a single case is a fine order. Large runs, custom colors and printing get quoted on the same form.
- How do I get a price?
- Add models to the quote list with quantities and send it, or use the quote form to describe what you are packing. We reply with case count and pricing, usually the same business day. Or call (800) 230-3949.
- Are the dimensions inside or outside?
- Inside, always. Outside dimensions are larger by the wall thickness.
- Can I get a sample?
- Yes. Ask on the quote form and tell us the model numbers. Stock sizes are easy to sample.
- What material are the boxes?
- Clear rigid polystyrene as stocked. Opaque colors, custom color matching, tutone, anti-static and conductive polystyrene on request.
- Can you print my logo on the box?
- Yes. Hot stamping (foil) and pad printing (ink) are both available. Send artwork with the quote request and tell us where on the box it goes.
- Do you make foam inserts?
- Yes, plain or die-cut, in standard, anti-static and conductive foam, sized to the box you choose. Quoted with the box.
- What if no stock size fits?
- Try the size finder with rotation allowed first. If nothing clears, a foam insert in the next size up often solves it; otherwise we quote a custom mold for runs that justify tooling.
- Are you a certified woman-owned business?
- Yes. Oppenheim Plastics is a Certified Woman Owned Small Business Concern. Certification documents are available with your quote for set-aside purchasing.
- Where do you ship from?
- Stock ships from inventory in the northeastern United States. We ship throughout the US and internationally.
